The war in Tigray has disrupted harvests and led to huge problems for the delivery of aid to communities, particularly in rural areas. More than 2 million people are thought to have been displaced by the conflict.

People in Tigray are starving and in urgent need of our help.

Months of brutal fighting across the Tigray region of Ethiopia has left millions of internally displaced people in desperate need of food aid. More than 150,000 destitute and traumatised people – including children who have lost their parents – have sought refuge in the region’s capital, Mekelle.
